Motiva Cracks Mustang GT 5.0 Brain
Motiva Performance Engineering was the first to crack the computer coding of the 2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 to integrate the operation of a Motiva-tuned turbo kit into the cam timing of the Mustang’s engine and transmission operation and maximize the horsepower and torque at the wheels.
Controlling the electronic brain of the 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 gives Motiva customers whose car receive a Dave Rochau tuning the ability to tune the car’s performance according to the customer’s need — whether it’s 700, 800 or even 1,000-hp, 9-second quarter miles or tuning the car to run well on pump gas during an extended roadtrip.
